Vibro Screen is the circular screens operating with special Vibro Motor imparting vibration in multiple directions to the screen assembly. Complete machine based on Vibration generating which consist of Vibro Motor and Screening Assembly. The material fed on the screen travels above the screen depending upon its particle size and nature. The design of the machine is such that it makes the machine adaptable to different processes and materials very easily. So Vibro Screen is basically versatile machine that performs a size base separation operation of Screening, Sifting, Classification, Grading, Oversize or Undersize Removal, De-Dusting, De-Watering, De-Lumping, Fiber Recovery, Filtration, Pre-Filtration and Scalping etc. Vibro screens are available in variety of constructions and configuration that serve majority of separation needs in the most of industries.
Separation and Filtration:
The most extant design of Vibro Screen is a single deck machine. It is utilized for pre-packing sieving, removal of foreign material or impurities and lumps from powders like flour, spices, chemicals, minerals, food stuff and many more. This configuration is also well suited for filtration of liquids and slurries like mineral slurry wash water, effluent, oil, back water, syrups & juices.
Fine Powder Screening
The fine powder screening is one of the major configurations of Vibro (Vibrating) Screen. The Vibro Screen consists of special clogging ball or ring tray and dust cover that indispensably used for fine powder screening from the fine mesh. Moreover the anti clogging arrangement available for de-clogging the mesh holes to ensure smooth screening operation also dust cover is helpful to control the atmospheric dusting. This type of design significantly used in application like minerals, ground spices, chemicals, polymer powders, PVC etc.
Grading & Classification
Vibro Screen has another category is double deck works as a grader or classifier. The material fed on the first screen gets classified into three different grades depending on the two screens fitted in the machine. The double weight moving with the shafts and located at relative angular position produces three dimensional vibrations which in turn cause the material falling on the screen mesh move at a specific speed in straight to spiral direction giving controlled and effective screening. This configuration is excellent to achieve a precise grade of granules, crystals, chips and flakes.
Construction: All the models of Vibro (Vibrating) Screen are available in variety of Constructions like contact part in MS/SS 304/SS 316/SS 316L. Non contact parts are normally in MS.
Models: Vibro (Vibrating) Screen are classified in various models depending on diameter of the screen. The operations are 24”, 28”, 34”, 39”, 48”, 60”, and 72”. All the models are fitted with special heavy duty 3 phase Vibro motor of suitable HP ranging between 0.25 HP to 3 HP.
